Ligia Pawlak-Basińska

8th grade teacher. A graduate of the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Resocialization and the Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw, she also furthered her education at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, USA, a graduate of numerous courses and trainings, including the 17th School for Civil Society Leaders, a long-time scout instructor, organizer of tourist and cultural events, including meetings with artists, concerts and auctions, trips, rallies and camps; examiner of the District Examination Commission. SHe loves hiking and playing the guitar. She incorporates her passions into Polish language classes, which makes the lessons more engaging for children and teenagers.
